Yoga is an ancient practice based on the Indian philosophy of promoting physical and mental health. While there are many different types of yoga, practices typically focus on physical postures, breathing techniques and meditation.
There are many amazing benefits of yoga for people of all ages. It makes us stronger, calmer, happier, healthier, and more flexible.
