Writing task 37 #7

…Until recently, my brother and I could never agree on who should take out the rubbish, feed the fish, or clean the ferret’s cage. Those were the chores we argued about the most. One day, we forgot to feed the fish. Luckily, they survived, but Dad wasn’t amused. He called a «family meeting» — which never happens — and said we either make a chore chart or lose our pocket money. So we made the chart. Do you ever argue about household chores, or does your family share them peacefully? What chores do you usually do? Do you like doing them?

Anyway, enough about chores. I got myself a book on Amazon yesterday — kind of a reward for surviving that family meeting…
