Interviewer: What are some of the places of interest in your region? Why should a tourist see them?
Student: In our region, there are many interesting places to visit. For a cultural and historical experience, you shouldn’t miss Khokhlovka, an open-air museum. If you’re into underground adventures, Kungur Ice Cave is a must-see. (And there’s also Molyobka, which has a mysterious UFO vibe.)

Interviewer: Is it important to preserve historical places? Why or why not?
Student: Yes, preserving historical places is important. These sites serve as reminders of our past, helping us learn from our history.

Interviewer: What is your favourite place in your home town? Why do you like it?
Student: My favourite place in my hometown is the Kama River embankment. I like it because it’s a spot where I can unwind and enjoy the river’s beauty.

Interviewer: What sort of places will be interesting for people in the future? Why do you think so?
Student: In the future, I think people will be drawn to places that offer eco-friendly experiences. This is because there’s a growing awareness of the need to protect our environment, and minimise our ecological footprint. (They will also be attracted to destinations that provide entertainment, education and technology, driven by a passion for enjoyment, learning and innovation.)

Interviewer: How can we make teenagers be more interested in local culture?
Student: I think to make teenagers more interested in local culture, we can organise cultural festivals, workshops, or history-themed events. It’s also essential to make local culture accessible and engaging for teenagers.
