Здравствуйте. Да, можно. Разработчики КИМ ЕГЭ в учебной книге участника ЕГЭ 2022 г (стр.222) предлагают использовать такие слова и конструкции, как while, whereas, as… as. Главное — выразить сравнение эксплицитно.
